“On how into the studio once, I didn’t need to go,” she tells U.S. radio host and The Voice presenter Carson Daly. “I wanted to be around my bed, like, crying. And I did, I cried all the way in which down to Santa Monica (in California), driving to Santa Monica, and I was like, ‘What am I doing? Why am I carrying this out?'”

She eventually put pen to paper to explain her troubles in song, just as soon as her brain cells started flowing, she couldn’t stop. Check Used to love you sheet music here.

“That a sense being able to write again, that’s everything in my opinion,” she says. “My value on myself is actually songwriting… I think within 2 months I had 19 songs… I was like, ‘Listen all I wanna do is I just need to say the simple truth. I just want the reality to come out. I just desire to be honest and real’.”

In addition to her music, Gwen also has turned to partying to alleviate her stress and she or he was spotted attending George Clooney’s Halloween bash in Los Angeles on Friday (30Oct15) together with her The Voice co-hosts Blake Shelton and Adam Levine.

The 46 yr old admits her life has completely changed since parting ways with Gavin, but she gets decided to embrace her new single status and enjoy herself while she’ll.

“My life’s so extreme today,” the singer continues. “My life basically blew up within my face. And now I’m in this particular new life, and it is pretty awesome I have to express – I’m so inspired being back on the show (The Voice), and being in a different place. Everything just feels new. I just feel inspired. I don’t know how else to explain it…

“I was literally that party girl that you simply hear about when their life explodes, and you are clearly like, ‘Yeah! I’m going out! Like, watch me!’ We’re just looking to have fun, you recognize?”
