In July, English singer-songwriter James Bay performed around the biggest stage of his career yet: New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom. Along with his band, the 24-year-old “Hold Back the River” singer played to a few,500 people within the sold-out room, starting off his headlining tour to get his May debut, Chaos as well as the Calm. Our photographer spent the morning with Bay with the exceptional band — drummer Gerry Morgan, bassist Thom Peel and keyboardist Jack Duxbury.
Together, the quartet geeked out, performed and celebrated a beginning highlight on the singer’s career. Check Let It Go Guitar Chords.
